After jerry rigging a replacement line in and refilling fluid and starting the truck a significant leak has started further back towards the front diff. I am assuming a seal or something on the steering rack is gone but could that have been caused by me replacing the line? Or maybe because when it was running earlier and all the fluid leaked out it blew a seal or something? Any thoughts appreciated!

ahh frig figured it out. When I was installing my jerry rig I busted the rusted fitting going into the rack by pulling on the line. Looks like a tight spot to replace it. oh well i am screwed over for tonight atleast.

Does anyone have parts diagrams of the steering? I want to order from dealer when they open tomorrow.

Does anyone know is it possible to buy this barbed fitting (small power steering line) aftermarket? I cant find it on parts diagrams online but the dealer was able to order it. Problem is it wont come till Friday at the earliest. Is it possible to make a line like that if you had the right flaring tools?
