    Out in the blazing sun, I’m also pretty sure my temp gauge reads 7-9 degree hotter, usually the 4runner is pretty spot on to actual temps

    I was helping a buddy install some step lighting/turn signal LEDs and he had to go inside after 30 min. My ass stayed out and did as much as I could before the little black spots started showing up in my vision lol. Then came the cold water soaked towel on my head with a bag of ice cubes on top of that. Finished up only to find one of the LED strips wasn't working right :frusty:

    Be careful in that heat. My brother had a heat stroke last week.

    Seems to be doing fine. He got out of his indoor job, and decided to do construction...in June....in the south. I gave him some good pointers on preventing it next time. I love the heat and can handle it, but it's not for everyone.

    Yeah my buddy is from CO and he's a diabetic so his tolerance for heat isn't good.

    I was born on the equator and raised near the beach. My brown ass was made for it :rofl:

    Goldilocks Weather here in my hometown. The weatherperson called it a high of 67* and mostly overcast/cloudy skies.

    Lots of folks talk about the "May Gray & June Gloom" like it's a bad thing.
    I always have to talk back to the weather-gal on TV;

    "Bite your tongue young lady, some folks actually enjoy this weather pattern. Soon enough it's gonna-be too hot."

    Here in Coronado we pay extra property taxes but we get our A/C for free . . .
    Being surrounded by water on all sides will do that for ya.

    If I could afford to live on Coronado Island, that's where I'd be in a heartbeat. I HATE Southern Arizona in the Summer. There's a nice little place for sale there right now, the bargain price of $40 million
