    Too many…scratch that…not done yet.
I'm planning to port and polish my TB and manifold in the next few days/week. I've done it on other vehicles in the past. Free hp, albeit minimal. Anybody here already done this to either one? If so, could the a$$ dyno tell a difference?

    It went well.
Ended up doing a couple other mods at the same time, including: port matching TB with intake tube, TB coolant bypass, TB screen delete.
Performance wise; the ass dyno feels a bit more pick up and responsiveness. Especially in 3+ gears, above 3200 rpms.
Did a brief write up here and here

I'm now playing with some ideas/ work on the manifold itself. There's a couple large body throttle bodies out there...just not a lot of aftermarket manifolds unless you're going to go with a Sc. Albeit plastic; there's some internal castings that could really use some smoothing out. I'm also looking into port-matching the manifold outlets.
