Decided to polish up the tailgate to use up the rest of some Undrdog coating. Basically just got bored but figured it may help someone understand the difference between pads some especially on single stage paint. Pictures aren't the greatest sorry. Keep In mind wasn't going for total scratch removal as I don't know what I got left in paint.

I hit the right side with the uro fiber 50/50 and left with the medium orange CCS. Lake country and 3d one first. Then came back hit both sides with Blue light polishing CCS and 3d one for finish.

Pictures sorta show the dullness from difference in the 2 pads. SS tends to soak up oils so it can be tricky and a little more.of a pain to wipe off compound especially if you work too long. Also shows someone unfamiliar with it how much paint comes off on pads in a short amount of time. Just 1 criss/cross pattern on each step.

You may simply be left with a little haze there. I've always found 3D One to be a little oily during the wipe off...which I suppose gives it the long cycle time. I'd be inclined to see if a finishing polish on either a light polishing pad or a finishing pad would give you a little more clarity.

Yup! I was trying to capture the difference in the haze left from the uro-fiber pad on that last picture. It's just frustrating having to upload 1 picture at a time instead of grabbing multiple and having them just go in order. Lighting sucked and using the 3d One as a finish polish with a blue polishing pad across the whole thing evened everything out. I'll upload after the coating here after a while
