So I’ve finally decided to start a thread on my 2006 DC. Purchased in 2009 and it’s remained bone stock since. I recently got the itch to modify her a bit so here goes. I’m hoping this thread will be motivation for me to take more pics of the process as I’m just getting started. We’ve all seen stock pics before so here’s a pic from a few weeks ago when I had the paint polished and new wheels and tires installed.

The molding was removed because it was only half attached and I removed the flares because most were damaged. New molding from a Limited model is on its way and the flares are getting dropped off for paint today.

    Score.

Do these plug directly into the OEM seat heater switches or is there another harness needed?

Installed a eBay color matched bumper.
5100s on the rear and Hellwig sway bar finally installed. Freshened up the hitch. Alibaba grill and Plastip chrome bumper trim.

Wow! That paint looks like new after polishing. Do you have a link for the grill?

The paint does look great in the pics but definitely a 10 footer. Especially when it’s dirty. The front end has chips and imperfections and the sides got some scratches that won’t buff out. No big deal for me.

Here’s the grill. The quality is so so. Definitely not as sturdy as OEM. I had to use the old hardware to get a better fit. But it looks cool. I’m not sure if I’m gonna keep it on or not. I’d prefer a blacked out limited grill.

They plug directly into OEM switches. The attached partial pdf is from a "How To" a member did when installing heated seats.

Thanks. I have that saved for when I do my install. I don’t see the plugs under my seats though. I’m gonna have to pull them out and dig around

If you need the whole "How To" article, be glad to upload.
I'd also be somewhat surprised if seat plugs are not there considering they put the seat heater switch plugs in center console.
