Thanks for this pics. I just don’t wanna do a lot of trimming or cutting with 285/70/18. I just don’t want my 275/70/18 tires to look small on my truck.

I think youll be fine. I have Coachbuilder +2 shackles on rear and top setting on front. So overall, eveything will sit a bit lower than my posted pic.

It’s the same tire size and shock setup you are considering. I wouldn’t go with a block lift in the rear. I am very happy with it the way it is. These tires are plenty big for the truck. The ride is much better with the shackles.

So if I do not get a lift these will not fit OEM 2018 Crewmax 4.6 ?
Also what sensors are ya all using for larger tires.

On the stock rims 275/70/18 will fit. And if you’re talking about tire sensors, just use the factory ones.

I put these on before the lift and just had to bend the small rubber flap directly in front of the tire in the fender with a heat gun.

I actually have 18x9 rims but OEM tires 265s I think No lift and No front rubber flaps since I removed front bumper and replaced with Aftermarket
But as you can see from pic below tires look a bit silly.

So bigger tires but same TPMS sensors are ok? Wow I always thought they need to be recalibrated.

This is the picture I saw on another thread that made me seal the deal on this setup. I ended up with same tires and same lift but with powder coated OR wheels and TRD center caps. Those Ridge Grapplers look, sound, and perform even better than expected. It's perfect for me. Plenty of sidewall, plenty of traction, adequate ground clearance, and no extra noise or big MPG hit.

275/70/18 will fit on stock rims without lift and actually look like the perfect size for our trucks. I have had no issues with the TPMS or tire rubbing

Once you find the best psi for you on your new tires, just reset the range once you find the correct pressure. There’s a little button by the drivers right knee, I forget the procedure but I think it’s something like, hold the button down then turn the key on. You might have to look that up. It just sets the baseline and will set off The warning symbol if it strays too far from the baseline.

I did have to trim the stock "skid" plate on mine to get rid of some tire rub. Took longer to take it off and put it back than to cut the plate.
Re TPMS, i'm running 38 F and 41 R which must fall inline with the stock settings because I have not seen a light.

That is good info. I am running the General Grabber ATX's. Tires are at 45psi and haven't had any issues with the sensors.
