I ordered the top one, low pro hoop. But I somewhat wish I had gone full brush guard to protect more against animal strikes.

This girl's 5th gen Runner was totalled from a deer strike. Granted, we don't have this many airbags and plastic.

The first thing she put on her new rig was a big ass bumper.

No hoop looks cleaner. No hoop is best.

This was a super hard decision for me as well. I really like the brush guard look that FirstGen showed, I also really like the low hoop which was my original choice but after seeing it fabricated I had my welder not worry about adding the hoop because it looked clean without it. Can always go back and add it if I feel I need it or get bored with the no hoop look.

So what I'm really saying is, I still can't make up my mind....Good luck!!

Full hoop with brush guard all the way. I’m still rolling with the factory bumper but starting to think about going aftermarket. From what I’ve seen the biggest help usually comes from going full hoop all the way around to protect it better.

It would also give you the option to run cable from the bumper corners to the roof rack to help push branches up and over your truck when your on the overgrown trails.

What brand of bumpers are these? They look pretty sweet.

After an actual flip of the coin i've gone for the small hoop. Thank you everyone for voting. I'll post a picture when I get it

    Function before sparkle.
After hitting a deer at 60 mph with an ARB bumper resulting in one cracked signal light and one dead deer, full loops are absolutely the best choice. The only negative is weight.

I love the look of the full hoops with the lights under the center hoop as in the above beast, and if you do a lot of driving where animal strikes are frequent the added protection is a big plus.

That truck could have any bumper and look good.

I like the low profile and the no bar one most. I've never been a fan of the big hoops or brush guards, maybe if I lived in deer country I would view them as a necessity vs a cosmetic choice.

i'd go without the hoops. they make working on the truck such a pain. unless your going to wheel really hard, i would avoid hoops

I'm interested in getting the full brush guard with all the lighting options. I used the email contact form about a week ago on the Brute Force website to ask about it, but I haven't heard back from him/them? Has anyone been able to get a hold of someone from Brute Force recently?

I talked to billy last week. You have to call them to get a hold of them. I Ordered on and lead time is ~4 weeks. I'm stoked.

That's surprising. I paid for my bumper 6 weeks ago and was told 12-14 weeks. Hopefully this means mine is almost done.

I just called and he said mine should be available some time next week. So they cut down the lead time from 12 to 8 weeks.

Thank you guys for voting weeks and weeks ago. I picked it up Tuesday and got in on yesterday afternoon! All it needs now is some lights and a winch.Lights first though KC as a pair of 3 square pods for only 161 for white and 171 for amber so I think I will go with those. In the meantime enjoy the picturesNo Bumper.jpg BFF bumber.jpg
