    I guess I’m caught in limbo on my tune. OV reached out and let me know they’re unable to tune my truck because I don’t have the TSS factory ECU update. My dealer will not update my truck due to my relocation bracket and the TRD Pro grill. OV said the only way to do it at this point is for me to purchase another software and run it through that program.

    Unfortunately I’m not in a position to spend more on this than I already have. Buyer beware if you’re in a similar situation.

    I wonder if the ECU can be updated via TechStream if the update can be appropriated. There are free or cracked versions of TS. I'm not sure what relocation bracket you're specifically mentioning and the grill aspect sounds bogus.

    Always an option! If he can find the information and someone with TS, could it be done that way so he has transportation?
    Would it be safe to say that anything that has been sent out for preliminary testing and feedback has been sent out and you're taking in feedback? I can understand your hesitation to be too specific, but I have the free time to possibly make a contribution if the situation applies. Thanks.

    Nice! Glad to hear. I think that my N/A truck runs pretty good at high elevation, it's kind of hard for me to envision what a S/C'd ride is like closer to sea level. Whew!

    @MrMax Would you mind if I ask what ECU version your truck is?

    That's my understanding, but I didn't want to assume that it was an identical scenario with the Tundras as I haven't read of it in my time of ownership. Thanks for the knowledge. I know that there are some ECU updates for the Secondary Air Pumps and some other brake related one that I can't recall off the top of my head ATM, but I want to avoid them as it's my understanding that getting the one for the SAP will render my bypass ineffective.

    I have the Magnuson sc with the ovtune which is about the same.. but I would assume they tweaked it some when they made it their own.

    What are the differences you are seeing between 18 and 19? While I'm actually pretty happy with the way my truck is performing with the unichip, I would love to have the gear lock and quicker shifting.

    I am a guy.. so of course I wish I had more! Lol. Having said that, after taking a 4k mile trip earlier this month pulling about 6k lbs, the boost is perfect. I could climb any grade with ease holding 70mph. Throttle response and "fun" is perfect.

    The only ECU version left on the table is 0CN51, as we are wrapping up the code on it for the 2018+ patch we developed, expecting this evening.
