I had an outer tie-rod end going out and it was chewing up tires. I swapped it out this morning no problemo!IMG_20210123_084614.jpg

OEM or aftermarket? I replaced my outers with Rockauto cheapy's and they failed within 3 months. Replaced again with Moog and have been solid ever since.

I got motosport brand which is O'REILLY'S house brand for $18. It's just to tide me over until I get the opportunity to address a few other suspension issues it's having. Bent inner tie-rod on the other side and a castor/camber misalignment. I would have gotten the Moog brand but I didn't want to spend the extra cash on it only to have it torn up before I got the other stuff straightened out first.

The ones with the grease fitting either leak out or dry all the times, regardless of brand. If you forget to regrease them, then they'll be done. It's better to get the ones with the complete seal.
