I’ve tried to check out a couple of other Tundra message boards, like tundratalk and tundrasolutions. Is it just me, or are those buggy as hell?
The pages jump around, don’t load properly, and freeze up. They also will lock up and force a page reload quite a bit. I’m just wondering if it’s an issue on my end. I use an iPad almost exclusively.
I have also visited some Nissan Titan boards trying to help a friend out. They do the same thing. It seems like they’d have no members at all if they do this to everybody.
Anyway, just curious if I have an issue or if it’s the hosting sites causing it.

Oh you guys don't know the half of it on TundraTalk. There is a lot going on behind the web page...shady shit. I have personally seen it, and I deleted my account the next day.

I’ve looked at TundraTalk to look at some builds of guys who came on here but never migrated a build thread, but I better be determined to look at it, because every time I’ve used it it’s crashed on me multiple times. Not overly fond of the layout on every other site either.

    How shady are we talkin?

How are they even still going then? This one runs perfectly. Why would any people stay there? I’d tried to use them when I got my first Tundra in 2011. I gave up pretty quick, and didn’t find this one until I got my current truck.

I was totally thinking about starting a thread like this.

Tried them all, started out on TT, the best is here. Awesome community, helpful, jokers, I get a nice fuzzy feeling here lol, and UI is tops whether desktop or mobile.

What shady stuff are we talking about on TT?

We haven't found a single truck forum that is run as well as this one and TacomaWorld.

    @Bob has his shit together.

We actually paid $810 on the F150 forum for a 6 month vendor status. Might as well burn that money next time. The only activity there is people trying to figure out why their truck doesn't work.

I started out on TT and still post there from time to time. This site seems like a good one.

Another great one that I used to frequent was classicbroncos.com . Back when I used to spend the majority of my time in the garage wrenching on old Ford Iron.

    Paid advertisements.

Correct. They approached Bob the other year and offered to purchase all of our forums. Bob is smart enough and told them no. =-)

Yeah, my '69 ended up costing WAAAYYY more than I was expecting. Frame-ups can be deceiving like that. Turned out to be a pretty good rig, though.

Depends on where you are planning on puttin that decal?!

Maybe I'll come up with a new #WAISTBAND line of decals. That would be an interesting convo starter in the parking lot lol
