We would still like to end up in Montana but we love Idaho.

I hear Canada is trending again as top google search for relocation.

Me too, I'm getting tired of all the BS here too but it seems likes it getting like that everywhere in the US.

I've got land, space and light traffic but unfortunately WA taxes and laws. My forever home and unique career pretty much keeps me here until retirement though.

I've lived in Northern Utah, love it there but wouldn't move back.

Idaho is my #1 pick. Montana is a close 2nd for me. A vacation/second home will happen at some point so I can move after retirement.

LOL...Really?! That's normal if a "R" is about to win an election...I don't remember that happening if a "L" is about to be elected.

My career keeps me here too unfortunately. Once the 2nd kid is off to college, we will be re-evaluating things. I'm very, very tempted to cash out of this state and get a job at Costco (or some similar company) just for benefits and spending money until my retirement reaches a good balance. We'll see what happens...still about a decade away.

What about Utah wouldn't take you back? Just curious...I found Logan a year or so ago online and it has me very tempted to take along drive to check it out.

Logan would be my choice too if I did move back, Wasatch mountains are amazing.

Anywhere near I-15 is a zoo of traffic and people the closer you get to SLC, I lived on Hill AFB in Layton.
The outdoors/ hunting opportunities almost cancel out the toxic religious environment.

That's all I'll say on religion to keep this thread on the up and up.

How bout them Hawks! They sure know how to stress a guy out!

Roger that...I actually would appreciate your thoughts on that...IM would be fine if you're up for it, or not...it's all good. I'm not LDS, so it is a big question for me.

The Hawks were killing me...Vikings have got to be embarrassed. Our offense played "real ball" for about 4 minutes total...and still won the game somehow. It is only a matter of time until our defense can't be saved...

Sounds good, I'll try and get a message to ya tomorrow.
Don't expect any breaking news from me :D, just my personal experience living on and off base from 93-02.

Yeah it's amazing the Hawks pulled together enough points for a win.

Were you driving across the border in WA? You can get splashed like that without offroading here because the roads suck so bad.

Got both pairs of sliders back yesterday. Couldn't have them taking up space in the gym so I installed the Tundras today. Man that sucks as a solo install. Just my luck I dropped a nut in the frame rail for the forward mount. Hopefully I can find it at work with a telescoping magnet or one of those little wire reach things.

The rear mount on the drivers side is a Huge pita. I think I got shorted the little special bracket thing from Victory. Not to worried as I have 45,90 degree long reach needle nose at work. Will try that first. Step bit ordered off Amazon and will be here Friday so I can drill the three holes in the frame for each side.

Also as @peanut mentioned Precision Powder in Portland does awesome work.

Haven't touched that series yet. The entire Karate Kid series is one I don't want to revisit.

I’m no karate kid guru...but just finished season 1 of Cobra Kai and I think it’s pretty good.

I finished both seasons. It has its moments, but overall it’s good and I like how it’s “uncensored” in some aspects. I like the flashbacks to originals. Man how time flies...

Chilling at a buddy’s house in the DMZ between Vancouver and Battle Ground this weekend. Already a growler deep into an amazing sour beer from Heathen Brewery. A fresh hop is next. Love their shit; highly recommended.

We did not as we were rolling through doing some scouting. It was pretty busy with people though Sunday. It looks pretty original(kind of sketchy lol) other than paint maybe. They serve food there as well! My buddy has been there and food is decent!

Trailer is winterized...although I'm excited for fall and winter it kind of sucks to be done with another camping season.

What's everyone got planned this weekend? I've got some final yard work to do and then hopefully get the truck washed. But a casual weekend for sure after two busy ones...

Heading north in the morning to go hunt in the snow! Headed to a buddy's cabin near Loomis, WA.

Got my winterizing done as well before we hit the teens this weekend. Blew out my trailer and irrigation lines. And of course, heated water for the egg layers.

Couple of pictures while out this week.
