It's just a small walk-up fast food joint but I really try to stop by "Bless Your Heart Burger" when I'm down in that area:
    5410 NE 33rd Ave
    Portland, OR 97211
There is a location in Portland but the location mentioned is just N.E. of Portland.

Lucky! I'm thinking closer to 15. Hopefully everything falls into place for a summer road trip to Oceanside Cali for a family reunion. We shall see.

Sunday, I’m taking the boat over to Netarts and get some crabs out of the bay. Will post pictures.
Have found a perfect method for freezing any extra crab, taste like fresh for months.

Wife's work holiday party tonight during the Pac12 championship game. I don't want to miss the game but her company throws a damn good party. Going to record the game and turn off all notifications. Go Ducks!

    Happy Friday folks!

What are folks doing for the weekend? I've been fighting a cold, so I'm probably going to lay low and recover. I was thinking about taking a drive tomorrow...I need some windshield time. Was looking at a Hwy 2 - Blewett Pass - I-90 run just to work the truck and hopefully test it in the snow. As an added bonus, the tank should be empty when I hit Issaquah so I can fill it with some ethanol-free gas there. Sunday is non-stop family stuff.

Drive safe if you're going Blewett but have fun! Passes are getting dumped on. White Pass is opening Saturday for the ski season. I may need to take some sick days next week. :D

I’m pretty new to this and still have a lot to learn...
My son and his family live next door and kinda partner with me in this. Plus different beers condition and mature differently. The porter I bottled 2 weeks ago may not be at its best for 4 to 6 months. The IPA’s are faster, maybe prime in 4 weeks. The steam beer I’m brewing tomorrow may take 10 weeks.
I typically don’t drink more than a 6 pack per week.

Thanks ya'll! We are very excited to be done making babies - this is our second - and onto raising children.
It's been a long road since my wife had Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG); a debilitating illness requiring bi-daily medications, PICC line, 3 IV bags a day & weekly dressing/bandage changes for 6-months...
    BRING ON THE NEWBORN STAGE!

Congrats on the new boy. Cheers to you, him and momma. I hope she recovers quickly.

I did my road trip this morning. 4.5hrs of pure bliss with nothing to worry about other than what music playlist to jam next. It was some much needed decompression...

    Happy Saturday everyone...

Well, hopefully everyone is getting braced for this storm. We’re supposed to get about 4” of rain the next 3 days. 8”, over on the coast.
    We will see.
Forged this trivet and poured myself a homebrewed IPA...

Good looking crafts there @gosolo . I got home just as the rains hit. Have the bedroom window open now for some good sounds of nature. I think we're only supposed to get about 1.5-2.0" in the Seattle area, but the mountains are going to get a lot more. Then some flooding maybe.

Ahh, maybe I heard wrong then. Or just the rainfall for a single day. Dang, it will be a soaker just getting to/from the truck.
