Are most people just not prepared, or am I crazy for having a few weeks of food on hand?

It's hilarious living in Seattle, and sitting back while everyone prepares for a deadly "Snowmageddon" of 6 inches. Wenatchee is supposed to get 12 inches and it's business as usual.

I didn’t either!! And I could’ve tagged one at my house too lol. We have a herd of 8 that frequent our property almost daily.
I feel bad not taking the proper steps to hunt them up in the woods though.

I was hoping to go sled with the kids...now I have to wait to see what happens tomorrow. I don't have cable so I am going to have to go look for the forecast for the weekend. I think they have given up trying. My iPhone was showing a snowflake everyday till next Monday.

I heard someone on KGW I think say this was the first time since 08 that we will have this type of storm....I hope not. That was a "Snowpocalypse" that didn't happen...then two or three days later nobody saw the 8-12" in the valley coming. I was supposed to fly back to SD that night. Missed my flight and had to get a $1400 ticket to SD the next morning. Either way I have just under a week of time off I have to use before April 1st...Bring it winter!

I got today and tomorrow off so it can snow all it wants. We are supposed to be on a second day of snow but we didn't get anything yesterday. Surprised to wake up and no new snow this morning. Still feels to cold for snow. Hoping it's snow and not freezing rain or sleet.

Enough said hahahaha. Bigger cities do tend to shut down more I guess. More traffic and vehicles makes it harder to get around. Or they just aren't used to snow.
