So I used the pinned thread to figure out the tires size I could run, I also searched other posts just to be sure. I ended up going with 285/60 R20, unfortunately I made the mistake of not taking aftermarket wheels into account. Fits rear, doesn't touch UCA, however it clearly rubs the front. I removed the mudflaps and am wondering if removing/tucking the plastic behind it will fix the issue.

Use a heat gun on low and a screwdriver handle. Heat the plastic up where it rubs and roll the screwdriver handle (or anything like that) back and forth pushing it forward to mold it until it cools down.

You can also just remove the liner in that area too (temporarily if needed). It’s very quick to add/remove.

If you do remove it, pry the holes like pictured.
Those long pieces it clips to break fairly easily if forced.
    Don't ask me how I know that..

Thanks!, i will try a heat gun this evening. If it doesn't work how I want I will remove the liners.
For a more permanent fix, is there any issue with running bumper shims?

Posts like these make me worry about going to 285 65 r20's. I almost bought some last week... I would just try and melt/mold the plastic back in your case. Although, I just removed the front part of the liner from my tacoma when I had 33's and I didnt have any issues long term.

On stock 20” rims with 60 offset these should fit without any modification, possibly just the baby Mudflap removed. It’s when you go +25, +0, -20 etc you hit stuff more and more. Skinny 35s will fit with stock wheels/suspension.

Well thats helpfull! I think the stock tss wheels are a +50 offset, im just worried about clearing the upper control arm but I think I will be ok. I've already removed the little mudflaps as one lost a screw and was hanging off maybe a month after I got the truck.

Well Heck......I'm stumped. I've read, I've studied and now fischmeckled. Is yours lifted to go 285/60/20? I'm reading I can't do it on my TSS 2wd off-road (2020), but I also read that I can with trimming. Should I just stick with 275/60/20? stock wheels +50. I'll just lurk here for a minute and see what I learn. Pics or it didn't happen.

Bottom of the bumper have 2 screws, could move the liner forward and re drill holes for extra ½ inches of clearance

Sorry for the late response to this, mine is a TRD Pro so it is lifted from factory. Still didn't fit with my wheels but works fine with the bumper shims.
I don't have a pic with it full turn but it no longer rubs at all.
