What's up guys in case anyone was wondering I actually found you can install the older style Toyota tundra TRD pro grill on your 2018 and up with the TSS and still have it work perfectly! With the right parts it was actually super simple made a quick video Hope this helps some members.

Good luck.....post back in a week or two and let us know if it is still working. I had the exact same setup and it didn’t work. Even paid $200 at the dealership to recalibrate the sensor. Nothing worked - kept saying that the pre collision system was off and unavailable. I got the Jomax bracket and it has worked ever since I replaced the bracket. It seems to me that the Ajt bracket has too thick of a face plate. The Jomax is much thinner. Please keep us posted

Drove it yesterday and this morning all good so far even used adaptive cruise. I know these radars are finicky even without modifying sometimes people have issues from what I understand AJT has redesigned their bracket so maybe you had the original design but so far so good if I start having an issue I will definitely report it.

I put the old style grill w/ AJT bracket on my 18 back in April. I get the PCS off warning when it's raining out but otherwise it's fine.

I installed the older style grill on a 2019 with Ajt bracket a couple months ago. After about 100 miles (I guess the computer was recalibrating or something) the PCS would randomly turn off, the adaptive cruise control wouldn’t work and there were no “BRAKE” warnings that would come up on the dash. I replaced with the Jomax bracket and all works fine now. I know some have had success with the Ajt bracket and many have not. I believe it’s a matter of the thickness on the plastic faceplate.

Any issues. Been awhile now so it’s either a thumbs up or down.

I’m considering/on the fence whether to swap out my stock grille into the color matched old style pro grille or installing the color matched old style pro grille with a ajt bracket.

I just ordered ajt bracket first to find out if it will work. It didn’t work so I kept the stock grill.

Did you insert your stock grille into a color matched old style pro grille?

That’s the reason I ordered the old pro grille just for the color matched surround but when I opened the box today I was like….hmm this is pretty nice too.

But if the ajt bracket is wonky and works sometimes under certain conditions then it’s not worth the hassle. From what I’ve read the Jomax bracket worked correctly but is no longer available for some reason.

    Anyway appreciate your input. Thanks
