After looking at a Lexus GX460 for the wife and finding one with a major oil leak i took a good look under my Tundra. I found a small damp looking spot on the transmission pan. No drips. I will post a pic later. At work and the truck is at home. The question is when is it a problem. The truck is a 14 with 32000 ish miles on it. Is this something that can be fixed under warranty.

I had no leaks at 89k miles. My cam tower seal started weeping a bit.

Dealership as soon as you can. Oil leaks never get better.

Let us know if it is engine oil, transmission fluid, or coolant.

Hard to be certain but that doesn't look like oil to me.

Hold the Line! If you are not holding the line, abandon your ship. Destruction is inevitable without more to hold the line!
I am not sure why but that looks like coolant to me. However I am not sure where this leak is at in relation to the rest of the truck so it is hard to say.

I drop the truck off tomorrow if they have the gasket. One one small melt down there. Not bad for me. Something about charging 100 bucks to look at it. I am sure they hate me.
