New to forum! Anyone have any inside info on these things, they were part of the deal For my purchase on my 2020 tundra at the dealer but they’ve been on back order for 3 months. I’ve checked all over at other dealers and got the same answer. Thanks

I feel they are overpriced for what you get and resale value is pretty much nada. They may net you 100-150 tops. Otherwise there are better options out there for less. I would try and have them refund you and look for something else. Lots of threads about side steps. Good luck and welcome!

I bought a used set of these steps for $100 and put them on my truck. If I were buying again I would buy something different. These steps look great, but the functionality is lacking IMO. It seems like it is hard to find the step to stand when getting out of the truck compared to other side steps I have used in the past! Just my $0.02 worth!

My truck had them when I bought it, but after reading these couple of posts I would have much preferred to buy them separately for way cheaper (though I'm in a very small area, so may be harder to find locally).

As for the steps themselves....they seem to be built really well and appear like they will hold up. I agree that functionally the little steps are a little awkward. I typically just climb in and out of the truck without them.

I have the predator steps. I too didn't like the small step at first but have gotten used to them. I like the look just wish I would have gotten the extended ones with a third step for getting into the front of the bed.

Sparks Parts has both CM and DC in stock and I think there is a free shipping code floating around here. I bought the GoRhino RB 20s. I had predator steps on my Tacoma and I didn’t like the small step. The RB20s have a huge foot platform and is more versatile. Add the driver grab handle and you are golden. I also didn’t like how low the predators sat. But some like it for ease of entry. All personal preference.

The oem predator steps are aluminum so you don’t need to worry about rust. Wish the rb20s came in aluminum.

Check the build link in my signature.
The OEMs are just these N-FAB Predator Pro steps...order them direct, or from Auto Anything or any number of other retailers.

I personally just did the N-FAB podium LS instead - bigger step and I preferred the rounded rail (and stainless construction) to the aluminum.

I would post them in marketplace once you meet the criteria for selling. IE 50 posts so I would take down your post or else may get in trouble, at least until you hit 50. Just looking out.

I am removing mine from my 2019 with 9500 miles on them for some sliders. When I go to sell them a decent price for both is around $150? Thank you.

I think you would be hard pressed to get more than 150. Maybe if you wait it out. I sold the ones from my Tacoma for 200 and I had them posted for quite some time before somebody came along willing to pay that.

Thanks for that info. I’m not trying to “make money” off them and honestly I am perfectly content with someone here who needs them getting a good deal.

I will list them when I take them off. I’m in South Caroliiiiiiinaaaaa.

Got them installed where the brackets install to the board were a little bit of a pain to tighten the nut, but I like the end result.

On a side note.... I’ve debated swapping the highway tires out for a more all terrain tire, what the widest I can put on these stock rims?
