Hello, my friend just put new LED fog lights in his 4Runner. He said I could have his OEM LED fog lights, which from what I read are the same for Tundras, 4Runners, Tacomas. Would I be able to take the LED bulb from the his OEM LED fog lights and put them in the housing on my OEM fog lights after removing the halogen fog lights Or should I just switch the entire thing out? I couldn’t find much here on the forum. Hopefully my question makes sense. Thanks for your help.

    Too many, but not enough....
You should switch the entire assembly. Oem led fogs are cheap and a great upgrade. The housing internals of led and halogens are completely different, you can't just switch bulbs.

I kept the stock fogs and installed Alla LED switchback bulbs and love it. White color matches the TRD Pro LED headlights and I can switch them to yellow for fog and rain. About 50 bucks, easy install in factory fog halogen housing.

    That's pretty cool.
Changes from white to amber just by turning them on and off.
If I still had my OEM fog lights I'd be all over that.

Yes, they have been great! I looked into switching out the fogs to factory LED or something else when I installed the factory LED headlights, but these things fit my needs, easy install and cost was great. They perform really well.
