Has anyone had an issue with a odd idle at start up within the first 5-10 min. Rpm's jump from around 750-1000 and back and forth. Injectors have been cleaned as well as mass air flow sensor and intake. But still does it. Does not do it when motor is warmed up. Only a cold issue.

How many miles on your spark plugs? Sounds like you might need fresh plugs.

Maybe the idle air control valve is a bit gummed up, and once it warms up whatever’s causing the problem softens up enough to move freely?
I’m not sure where it’s mounted on these engines, usually nowhere convenient, but if you can get it out you may be able to clean it.
    Just a guess.

Is your A/C or defroster on? The ECU automatically raises the RPM when the A/C compressor engages. So as the compressor cycles on and off, the RPMs adjust accordingly.

    • Turn off A/C. Put climate control on foot/lower setting and see if it persists.
    • It’s very likely this is what’s going on.
