Just as the title says my initial purchase was these....1955C824-C490-493F-8ED5-0C8D0BD41684.jpg then my very nice friend gifted this schweeet thing to me for my birthday. E58926F7-E241-41F7-B39D-27D0A59E2019.jpg
And nooo that's not my combo for the lock lol

Super stoked on it. Fits like a glove.

The install was super easy and straight forward instructions.

Side note ~ if anyone wants the organizer and tray for a nominal fee let me know, hey maybe even free if you're nice enough. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

What keeps someone from just lifting it out of the console?

I am jealous of the center console. I have the bench seat seems like there is nothing for that. Looks good

It is bolted down. If someone really wanted it and had the time, one can maybe yank it out with force. It is only bolted down to the original spot where there were already bolts.

At times I do wish for a bench though when I need to fit that one person lol.

I hear ya. When I had a bench for my Silverado. It was a little rough with an adult there.

I may be interested in the ones you took out. I just added both of those to my Amazon cart. That safe looks awesome though!!

I would be interested in the consol organizers as well, if still available.

@Sunnier put together a GB on these last year and after the GB finished I think he got Sparks Parts to offer a permanent discount on these exact safes if anyone is interested.

Haha! I'm not sure I had anything to do with a permanent discount, but I think Sparks does offer this for a discounted price to forum members. They told me it was easier for them to give us a discounted rate than to do a group buy. Haven't checked back though, to find out if the lowrate is as low as before.

The safe comes with longer bolts of the same diameter used to bolt the front seats/ console to the floor. These are located inside the safe. To install, replace the original bolts with the new, longer bolts. So the safe connot be unbolted/ removed unless the safe is unlocked. So to defeat it, you could pry open the safe. But it'd take a bit of time, tools, and sound... and a bad guy sitting upright in the front of the truck, pretty exposed. So... it's not as secure as a huge home gun safe, but for vehicle security, it's legit.
