First off why did you have to pay up front? Second they could've seen that you had aftermarket headlights before they even started.
Seems to me you might need to find a different shop.

    Flux capacitor!
Sounds like they don’t know what they are doing. The NSV light bar install shouldn’t vary because you have aftermarket headlights.

    Lost track after #1.
@Headlight Revolution has good customer service. Have you contacted them yet? Also, +1 for finding a new shop if you can't get it squared away on your own.

The install is pretty straight forward and the aftermarket headlight should make zero difference.

    Probably they are just incompetent.

I’d rather not list. My wife might see it.
I self installed and ran into some wiring problems. I purchased from Headlight Revolution and their customer service/ tech support is non existent.

The instructions were easy to follow but the documents that accompanied the lightbar was for the 1st gen version; I had the 2nd gen so the wiring was different. After learning new instructions were on their website, I followed that too but lightbar still not fully functional.

I searched for NSV and got in contact with their tech guy. He sent me a 3rd version of instructions. Followed that again and seems to have fixed my issues but the swipe effect when you arm and disarm the alarm is not working. Tech says this feature is no longer available on 2nd gen lightbars when used on a 2018-19 Tundra with LED lights. I said that’s BS because that was the only feature working when I followed the 2nd set of instructions. Sucks cause it lost a lot of its cool effect.

Good luck and let me know if you need the tech’s number to resolve your issues.
