Was looking through my calendar and realized I ain't got jack shit to do on Black Friday. No way in hell am I going to the mall to shop.

Why on Black Friday (11/26) instead of a weekend? A lot of people get Black Friday (11/26) off, there will be a lot less traffic, and with the holiday season upon us people tend to do holiday stuff on the weekends (extended family Thanksgivings, Friendsgiving, early Xmas parties, etc...).

Checking to see if anyone is interested in a NorCal meetup near Sacramento at the Prairie City SVRA. Do some wheelin, get in some drinks, do some BBQing (if YOU want to), meet up, you can still online shop while you're there/otw there, and still make it back in time to do whatever you need to do later that evening.

This would be from 10am-3pm at this spot

A perfect reason to get out of the house for a bit. Sneak away from the chaos.

about 10min from the house. If i dont go tool shopping with my dad and brother (been a tradition over the last 15 years) i might be down.

Not much of a off-roader, but down to watch or ride along.

Prairie City is right down the street from me, I'm in at least for a drive by.

*Edit: Assuming my truck is in working order by then.

I’m still 2wd so can’t do much wheeling so it will fully depend on what we’re BBQing. :hungry:

We can just drive around permanently strapped together and you can pull me up obstacles when I get stuck. I think I can do the pyramid in 2wd.

Pyramid in 2wd will be quite the challenge. Pulling you over the pyramid would be a good video.

I'm in assuming I can escape the family. May have to sneak out. I fly back in to the bay on Wednesday, so I may not have time to prep my ribs but I'll figure out something to bring! This gives me the perfect excuse to get the truck out over thanksgiving. Poor girl has been sitting since late august. It will be good to drive again and stretch her legs.

Life sucks for me.. LOL.. I'm 2wd too.... This is tempting to say the least... may ponder it a bit, since I'm now in the A.V.

When are you leaving?? LOL May tag along on the way..

I’d be very disappointed if you didn’t try from the side. I think your truck will clear it.

Yeah, I’m sorry, Buddy; it’s a long damn way for a one-day play date. I won’t say ‘never’, but can’t do it this time.

They’re both too far! But I’m an addict and my friends go, so sometimes I cannot resist. Lol! I did drive up…
through the Central Valley and 108° temps… to Shaver Lake for a one-day run on Bald Mountain! But @831Tun and @joonbug joined me camping one night, which made it just doable.
