What rpm was that? And which side did you do the recording?

That was at cold start and between 2 and 3 and you hear it on both sides but the recording was done on the driver's side

My 16 has a ticking sound sometimes. The 5.7 is a noisy engine.

Man that noise is either a pinhole exhaust leak from a header gasket or something rotating. Is there any debris stuck around any pulley? A piece of tape or something?

On the video it sounds like some sort of resonance. Like the engine is causing something else to vibrate. Is that video inside a garage or something? See if the sound is replicated with nothing else around.

Sounds like the air pump is running faster on your startup. Maybe related to conditions. The air pump does get noiser the colder it gets. If its louder at the passenger side then that's it.

I listened a couple days ago, its not a "super bad" type sound, meaning doesn't sound like deep internals of engine. More rotation of something rubbing or wearing out on the externals of engine, I'm hoping anyway. The dealer won't do anything with that sound - has to be a hammer like knock (rod bearing).

Yeah have your own trusty mechanic check it out, they should be able to at least isolate the sound.

    Luck. : ^ )))
