2017 tundra no start first of day. Just cranks. When it starts it is good all day long.

Seems like a fuel pump/pressure/strainer issue. I'm guessing that the fuel supply pressure is bleeding off overnight and taking a long time to build enough pressure to get going in the morning. You should probably do a fuel pressure test first thing in the morning and see what that delivers. These trucks have a variable speed fuel pump that is controlled by a module mounted on the frame near the tank. If you hit the air intake with a burst of starting fluid and it starts and then dies when you stop it simply don't have enough fuel. Curious, what is the odometer reading? What is the fuel guage reading?

I thought there is a service bulletin that covers replacement through Toyota?

Not sure, but I think that might be for flex fuel only trucks. Something to do with them getting confused as it pertains to alcohol percentage levels in the fuel or similar. Another thing is you may have a weak battery, these trucks are known to do funny things when the batteries become weak. I mostly doubt it, but maybe.
