No More Tuning in CA?

I can’t read between the lines very well but this looks like an issue to me. maybe you could get by if you have certain shops that work with you. I also wonder what the SC will have to do. I imagine the rest of the country will follow suit (eventually).

CARB needs to be dissolved or at least reduced. A new governor is a start but I see this group as putting many small businesses as well as a few big ones out of business in CA., which is against the law.

 

I would have to agree with some people.... politicians get their ideas from movies.. as it was said in the boondock saints "Bad television is to blame for this".... You guys know this some guys mcgyvers stuff together with paperclips, duct tape, gum and primer, boom!!! Space ship... maybe even an intergallactic ship going the speed of light... which brings regulation and more laws... I don't smog, but I do retain all my emissions equipment and works as expected.....
