Drove a 2005 Tacoma for 16 years and will sadly have to say goodbye to it soon. 400000kms ( I'm in Canada, Northern Ontario) Bought a 21 ft trailer and while the Taco does an acceptable and adequate job ( on paper well within limits for towing and tongue weight tolerances) more torque is needed especially where I plan to travel. Western US. ...so I bought a 2017 Tundra ( newer far too $)
    First ??
Micro SD card. Can I use my Backroads Maps card ( Garmin compatible) card in my navigation system?
    Thanks

    Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)!

I don't think you will be able to use the micro SD card with the Toyota nav system. It's kind of a closed system.

Thanks for the warm welcome (presently -35 C with wind chill-I'm 4 hours N of Duluth MN) from the far reaches of our continent. So.....as I expected the nav system is a closed shop. When I use the Backroads Map (essential when you are off road in N Ontario ) I'll use the old stand alone Garmin.
    Thanks
