I'm looking at going from a leveling kit to a 3 or 4 inch lift and was wondering at what point would I need new UCA's and how much they would run me? Looking for the lowest price possible without causing too many problems with alignment and ride quality. Also would a 3 inch lift be a noticeable difference going from a leveling? Thanks

There is a ton of information here on these forums and elsewhere that answers this question. Yes, at 3" you need caster correcting UCAs. You can get by without them, but your alignment will be out of spec and it will be noticeable during normal driving.

Lots of good company makes UCA, i went with JBA myself. You don't really need new control arms, i bet 50% of the people with 3" lift still have the stock control arms on. I'm not saying its right but your outer tires will start to go bald first, my truck went 3 years on the stock arms and ran fine, i bought new wheels and tires and swapped out my control arms then.

SPC UCA's and Sparks Parts was the cheapest that I have seen them, however they are not showing on their site. I wonder if they stopped carrying them. Search SPC 25490
