New Truck Connectivity Issues

I am 27, and should not be having these problems but here we are.. hoping someone can help out. When I test drove my truck, I denied access to my contacts and now i cant get my contacts or messaging to connect to my phone. That's problem number one.

Problem number 2- I was sent an email to sign up for entune but it did not have any links to sign up for it. I downloaded the app on my own, and entered VIN etc. and said there was a problem. I put in my email that the dealer said to use as username and then clicked forgot password, to start the process of getting a new password, but never received an email when it said it was going to email me a link to reset password. I understand this is kinda hard to follow. Thanks for any help
