275/60-R20 Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S is my choice over the stock Dunlop 275/55 R20 directional Sport 5000M.
The Dunlop is a great street tire rain or shine but living in the Chicago area there's snow and thats the demise for the Dunlop 5000 Sport tires.
After a 6" snow fall I was chomping on the bit to see how the 2017 Tundra preformed on the streets compared to my 2008 predecessor Tundra with Cooper Discoverer's. Well the Dunlop's made it out of the garage in reverse but would not go forward 5 feet in 6 inches of snow without fishtailing and spinning the rear wheels. NOT GOOD :poking:
After an hour or so of researching tires I noticed that Cooper had a new tire on the market the Discoverer AT3 4S. This tire actually has a snow rating and is a all season tire with a 60,000 Guarantee. My experience so far with the AT3 4S tires. -

Highway driving up to 80 mph no noise. :turtleride:

Wet conditions the tires are very confident. :yay:

Off road sure footed and can throw a rooster tail of dirt.:mudding: Snow conditions are around 60% better than the Dunlop Sport 5000. :burnrubber:

You're thinking how much is this going to set me back? At Discount Tire $690 out the door with tax, 4 tire certificates, mounting and life time balancing.fullsizeoutput_1a36.jpg
