I live in Canyon, Texas, which is home to Palo Duro Canyon...the second largest canyon in the U.S. I believe this will have access to parts of the canyon that is not owned by the State of Texas. If you've never seen Palo Duro Canyon, this Canyon is HUGE.
This is coming in 2021, which seems to be pretty badass. I am not affiliated with these folks in any way, shape or form. Just thought I'd pass their website info along. - John

Now this is very interesting. Been to Palo Duro Canyon several times. Was almost bit in the face by a rattle snake, while hiking there (long story). Seen the Texas musical at the ampitheater. But, never had the chance to go wheeling there. I am more partial to The Big Bend, but am very curious about off roading in Palo Duro. Damn, Texas is the BEST!

I believe this is on private land that has never really been accessed by the public. Hope it is successful.

What's cool is that Palo Duro isn't that far from Denver. 7 to 8 hours drive time. Hmmmm.......
