    Hello,
We have owned our 2008 Tundra since it was new, it currently has 175,000 and drives and rides just like it did when we drove it out of the dealership. I was wanting to drain the transmission fluid and replace the filter, but I couldn’t find the dipstick.....I searched here and found a post that said the 2008 didn’t have one....Now I can move on to actually changing the fluid.
    Thanks for add...

Welcome from Colorado. Our sealed transmission has proven itself over the years to be darn near bullet proof. Very few complaints here. Yes, I too searched for the dipstick on my 07. Decided to read up a bit about sealed trannys. Great idea. Mercedes uses sealed trannys. Hi reliability and super low maintenance. My 14 has 106K miles and will get its tranny fluid checked soon. Will not do a full flush unless needed.

I plan to drop the pan, look things over, replace the filter, and put it back together.
