    Hello there,
New here with a 2018 Tundra 1794 bought last fall. Already have an issue with a Master Warning light and buzzer coming up then the LDA System and Pre-Collision System Malfunction warnings come up. The buzzer keeps chirping, try disabling and still comes on. Got an appointment to see the dealer next Tuesday. Anybody got an answer?

Welcome from AZ. Sorry, I can't be of much help. My 2017 doesn't have the TSS features. Keep us posted on the resolution.

Have you done any type of modification to the truck? Sometimes, with these new vehicles, anything that is added can send bad warnings to the computers. Plus, if you haven’t been going to the dealership for regular services, you may have missed an important computer update. I would not worry if no mods were done on your vehicle. Let the dealership do their job and get it fixed. Welcome and good luck.

Ouch! Sorry for the problems that you’re having. Those types of things don’t usually happen to the Tundras, much less, a Toyota. I hope that they can fix it asap. Try talking them into giving you an extra warranty period if it’s a manufacturer’s defect.

Welcome from AZ! I've not had any issues with the TSS on mine. Do you have any cracks or debris over the camera in front of the rearview mirror? Anything weird behind the radome, like the sensor being loose or anything? Check the sensor harness connection under the Tundra lid on top of the grille? Just spitballing...

I got my 2018 Platinum CM in Aug. First time in the rain and the driver door lock actuator quit...same problem as you. Could open it by inserting key but not via the remote lock. I began thinking with that happening a just over two weeks of ownership, I may have bought a lemon. No problem with the other door locks. Dealer replaced the actuator and no problems since. However, I have had the cruise turn off in the rain several times. Seems to be a known problem with TSS?

I had a 2017 Sequoia did the same in the rain on the cruise. Thought it was suppose to be that way for safety. Come to think of it I had Platnumn before that did the same. Missed that rascal and wish I had it back! It had all the bells and whistles.

**Update** sent to the dealer yesterday to see what was going on with the Pre-Collision System Malfunction. They found a lot of erratic warnings when they pulled the codes but could not find there was a problem. They erased the codes and sent me on my way. I got 25' away from their garage door and the error light came on. I called the service back over to my truck and he was dumbfounded. He decided we need to look into again tomorrow.
Had my wife take it back this morning. They still could not find the problem, however to their advantage they had a Corporate Service Technician on site today and he said," I know what's wrong here, you have a water leak in your sensors." He also said this is starting to becoming a common problem lately and that they may issue out a new recall. Solution is to replace all the cameras on the front bumper.
Will be sending the truck back in the dealer tomorrow when they get the parts in

    Wish me luck!!

At least they found the problem.

I wonder if my sr5 sport will encounter that problem as well. It has precollision option.
