Thanks for letting me in. Been wanting a 2022 Tundra for a while now but it seems all the ones advertised were already sold when I called. Last Monday I stopped at the local Toyota dealer and grabbed the first sales associate I saw and asked if there was a Tundra on the lot that wasn't sold yet. Turns out there was just one and I bought it on the spot. Didn't drive it first or anything. I'm so glad I did. Didn't even charge any ADM which surprised me

Congrats on the 22 Bob. The best thing you have going on in this forum by coincidence....forum owner is @Bob. A good start. Check out the many various threads here concerning the 22. Bob sits back and let's things play out. His moderators do a great job keeping things straight up..... hi @Bob

Thanks guys, I'm very pleased. Had a 21 Eco Diesel Gladiator before this and wanted a real truck instead. This one has some nice features and it looks like I'm going to have to get the owners manual out .

Congrats on your new rig and welcome from the Central Coast!!! What dealer did you grab it from? We like to support local dealers that aren't raping folks w/a crazy ADM!!

My wife just picked her Forester up from Capitol Subaru about 2 months ago! It's a fairly decent group of people at those dealerships! I believe Capitol Auto Group is still owned and operated by the CaseBeer family. I met and dealt w/Rory Casebeer a couple of years ago when I purchased my 4Runner. Straight shooter and easy, clean transaction. It was too made that when I decided on grabbing one of the last 21 PROs late last year Capitol did not have any inbound that weren't already claimed, and our local dealer on the coast wanted $5-$10k ADM for the last 2 PROs they had coming in.... NOPE!!!!!! So I ended up buying out of state and paying for transport (still several thousand cheaper)....

Our local dealership here on the coast was purchased by an auto group investor out of TX (sorry; but no offense TX dudes), prices on service skyrocketed and they are still ADM'ng the crap out of people on new vehicles.
