Both pops (parked and revving and between shifts) are intentional....thats how toyota programmed it

I wish they would supply stickers so that way everyone knows it's true :rofl:
"these downpipes are designed to handle up to an incredible 1000 horsepower while ensuring optimal operational efficiency without triggering check engine lights."

I've never noticed any popping from my truck, so I assumed it had something to do with this exhaust system. When my old Jeep starts popping like that, I know it's time to re-torque the exhaust manifold bolts.

I guess I'm not the target demographic for this. I've never cared for a loud exhaust.

Well if you have a stock exhaust their goal was to make it as quiet as possible over performance

Well turbos want the biggest freest flowing exhaust possible not hard to fathom some gains. Quicker spool, less egt’s etc etc it’s like all the 5.7 folks saying long tubes never gain anything lol yet here we are making power.

Not sure why anyone would want to hear it, especially for just a 5-10 HP gain.

But I know some guys get off on this stuff, so I hope they sell a bunch of them...just not in my neighborhood. :anonymous:

I run the SPD and it’s solid. And my turbo enjoys the added flow. I’ve yet to find an exhaust to big for a turbo. Even going to 5”. The more it flows downstream the happier they are.
