    That’s what I was thinking. If I ever go this route, I may search around a salvage yard or something for the top piece of a bumper

    when re-using valence it allows them to make a square-ish bumper vs trying to contour around the grill. I think that's what they were trying to achieve.

    That's the problem for me haha. If only someone would make one that is flat under the headlight filler piece, with a latch that the grill attaches to keep it squar across the front.
