I recently picked up this new 2020 Sequoia.
    It's a Platinum model.
I am running a set of Falken wild peak AT tires 285/70/17.
With a Method 17x8.5 +25 model 313 wheel in flat black.
I added the OEM/bushwacker flairs, I had them paint matched here at a local body shop.
I could not find where Toyota was still offering these flairs. Also everywhere I looked said they only fit 2007-2015. I researched it quite a bit, most of the body panels are unchanged and there was really no know reason I could find as to why they wold not fit a 2018-2020 Sequoia. Turns out the research paid off, they were still a perfect fit for my 2020 model.

I am planning to tint the front windows to match the back windows next.

Nice! Your Platinum came with the black lift gate garnish?

I put the black licence plate bezel on there. The black under the window was standard, and since it is push button start now for 2020, there is two black arrow buttons rather then a key hole to control the back glass.

My wife’s is a 2019 and it’s chrome. Working on vinyl wrapping it. I’d also like to add fender flares, but she’s not in love with that style. She wants the ones with bolts on them, but as far as I can tell it doesn’t exist for the Sequoia.

I have always been partial to the smooth OE style flairs. Overall I thought it needed a little something, to widen out the stance and add a little bit of character to the somewhat flat sides. For some reason I have always thought a truck looked more complete maybe even more premium in some cases with things as simple as wheel flairs.
I also hate poke and its hard to find after market wheels for Toyota trucks that don't poke out at least a little bit without flairs.

Even my tundra has flairs. The Tundra had its flairs port installed.

They provide 1.25" of coverage per the spec.
+12 and +18 would likely give you a little fender liner rub with the tire size I am running 33" .

Prior to the flairs they were poking out just a little, now they set perfectly flush.

I have 18x9 +20s on both my Land Cruiser and Tundra, both have a minor fender liner rub issue when backing up with wheels turned.
I would say off all the different Tundra, Land Cruiser wheel tire combo's I have owned, I like the fit of these +25s the best.

    I don't think there is anyway I could ever recommend a +12 on stock suspension Tundra/Sequoia/LC .
I know a +18 and +20 will work but likely have a minor rub when turning and backing up.

    Ah, lol
I bet that ends up with a minor rub.
You have in effect of the 9" wide rim vs the 8.5" +25s you would in effect be adding another 1/4" of offset/poke plus the 34" tire is an inch taller them my setup. Which unless you use a narrower tire I bet that combo will have a minor fender liner rub.
    What width of tire are you looking at 265 275 285 295 305 325 or 10.5 11 11.5 12 .
You might pull that off in a 265 a 285 like I am running is about an inch wider then a 265.

What psi do you run for front and back? Also, I'm about to install the same flares. Any tips and tricks before I begin install? Thanks
