Need help with door handle replacement on Sienna

Any ideas would be great help. Sliding door handle broke when I Armstrong’d it when trying to open frozen door. I have a new replacement. The problem is the small front peice that locks it in is rusted . It is a torques fastener and I have striped it now and I have used lots of nut buster lube to no avail. I can get on the knurled end with vice grips. But there is no way to get in front torques screw now that it is stripped. I thought of cutting it off with dremel but wheel is too big for complete cut. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated

 

They sell pipe easy outs they might work. If not drill it out

 

Grind it off with dremel or drill it out.

 

Drill it out is my next step. Thank you. I was having a dumb ass attack of brain farts.
