You're going to need to get the codes read to narrow it down, otherwise literally every guess becomes a probability.

Your engine appears to not be running. That would explain why there's no oil pressure, the low voltage, why your battery light is on, why the tachometer isn't working. There are some dash lights that come on when you rotate the key to the RUN position to test that they're working.

How old is the battery? If it's older than 2.5 to 3 years, replace it. Some cars will not shift out of park if the battery is shot.
