    Grab handle is in the pic. I remember a post a long time ago that had a parts picture and determined it’s just a clip to hold the roof.

    It's most likely one of two things. Either it's for an option (like a coat hanger) left hand drive trucks or it's just to hold the headliner up.

    Of course it could be the transmitter Toyota uses to make subliminal suggestions to the driver. I thought I read where Toyota signed a deal with Google and Amazon to implant ideas on what to spend money on.
