just finished with the Amazon 50 buck Chinese leather wrap...worked fine...looks pretty good

few suggestions...if u have a problem with tedious monotony, this will test you...patience is a must...go slow and preferably buy a $10 cheap wrap and do your wifes car first as practice! thats what i did.

i removed airbag and laid it on top of wheel. also removed wheel controls...i did not use the double sided tape in the kit...not needed if u go slow and work the wheel as u go.

    good luck!

i did the bottom middle section first....the real problem i have is how to tie off a section when i finish.... never quite sure how to tie the knot to finish... i dont think i did it the same way twice, lol....

then i did the next 2 sections on the left and right of that....

then i counted 25 loops down from the right top of the wheel at about 2:00 oclock where the 2 different textured leather is sown together...that put me right in the elbow of the right side spoke and i started there and went to the left out to end of the spoke...make sure u start on the 25th loop on both front and back side of the wheel...

then i went from the 24th loop and went all the way up and around to the left and finished up all the way thru the left spoke...like i said, i had the everything in the center of the wheel removed out of way...

continually massage and rotate and twist the leather into the position as you work...take a break after every section and just relax...if u get frustrated, just put it down and walk away for a while...try not to get pissed and yank stuff, as the thread gets easily tangled... i stopped every so often to untangle the thread....

go slow and enjoy the journey...

Looks good, I did mine a couple years ago. Took me 3 plus days. I can't stay on a task for long. It is my favorite mod.

Looks great! I've looked at this company before as well. Isn't this the company that offers a customized section and none of the steering wheels in that section match our Toyota one?

Looks great. Want to do this. I know myself though. 2 hours into it and I’d be done with it. No patience likely for this.

Just finished mine today. Wasted 4 hours and $50. Idk how you got yours to tuck under the air bag but mine isn’t even close. I even restitched a portion to adjust it.
