3” lift, black step bars, aftermarket wheels, LT305/55R20 was this way when I brought it.
I have a 2015 Toyota Tundra CM with 5.7L I must be loosing my mileage from my tires, I have LT305/55R20 with a body lift.
What size tires are you running and your engine size and your mileage
    My is 12-13 MPG
Maybe there is a way to boost my mileage still with Edge products only had the truck for a week- still love it though

34" tires at 42-45psi with 3"/1.5" lift i can get about 14-15.5 mpg mixed driving

edit:: this is including the 5-6% tire circumference change

I did rough calculation for an example.

If you upsize from 32 inch tire (275 mm) to 34 inch tire (305) for a 18 inch wheel, then you are increasing the tire diameter by about 6 %. However, the volume increase is about 32 %. In addition, there are extra rubber for the larger tires (typically from C tires to E tires) which adds more weight.

Also when you lift your truck and install larger tires, the cross section under the truck increases. The air flow under the truck is turbulent which dramatically increases air drag at higher speed.

So, yeah, you will definitely lost MPG.

I have 295/70/18 on mine. I get somewhere around 14 something at highway speed. (I used to get 18 + on highways) . . . and I drive like a grandma --- ok, only when I am measuring the mpg, haha.

5.7 using 87 (combination of shell, chevron and costco gas).. on toyo at2 extremes. rock warrior wheels so my tires are still inside the fenders (lesser drag coefficient)

Stock 5.7 engine, stock suspension, 87 octane, I have 33" Michelin defenders 275/60/20. I get 12.5 in the winter and 14.5 in the summer, was pretty much zero change from when I had stock 32" tires. Give or take a MPG here and there. I don't do much highway driving. I calculate MPG manually and factor in taller tire revolutions and all that crap, I will say since switching to 33" tires the computers MPG readout has been much closer.

Did the truck have the lift and tires when you got it? What was previous MPG? You do need to figure in the change in tire size throwing off odometer.

That's pretty standard for these trucks

What are edge products? Maybe but there's not much you can do to increase MPG I'm these trucks. Maybe skinny tires, lots of coasting down hill, and a light right foot

You need to factor in a 4% change from stock according to this chart.
Also I have a feeling if the tires are to blame it's from the width not the height increase.

Also don't forget your Speedo coukd be off now. Not by much though. Mine is actually more accurate now, I think anyway, I checked it with GPS which Idk how accurate that is

Ive noticed around town it can drop as low as 10mpg hand calculated, especially for short trips.

I bought the truck last week the lift and tires were on the Tundra already I love my new truck then to top it off it is a 1794 Edition interior. Not sure I can remove the lift and tires, I love the look. If I can get better mileage great if not ok. Thanks for your time..

You could go back to stock tires, and probably sell your tires and wheels for a profit. and pulling the body lift wouldn't be a bad idea anyway. You sure it's a body lift? I haven't seen a tundra with one.

Or you can drive the hell out of it and love every minute of it, like I do. After a few weeks I got over the MPG issue.

Strong head wind is killer with a aerodynamic vehicle like a Tundra. 20-25 headwind knocked my MPGs down by 2 towing boat last weekend.

Yea headwinds and towing by jet boat or trailer leads to piss poor gas mileage

Your MPG is right on brotha.. I did the same tire and wheel swap 305/55/R20 MT ATZ's and mpg when to 13.5 highway. When im towing the boat or the double ski trailer I get 8-9. This is usually running between 65-75. Installed bully dog programmer with a tow tune from @dirtydeeds and gained a 1 sometimes 2 mpg depending on road conditions. After that I decided it was one of those things that I just have to let go. But on the bright side those big tires did take up the empty space in the wheel wells.

I would like to see a side view of your truck so I can see what the body lift looks like on this tire size.

I don't know if it is a lift or not but the back is a little higher than the back (in the picture it looks the same, but I am parked on a small hill leaning toward the driver side).

If you concerned about mileage buy a $20 roll of this
Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/131499725150
And make a frame for the wheel to wheel 22" air dam.
Let me know how many mpg you gain cuz i will be driving to Texas next summer agian.

Im just kidding but it might be a good add on for a long trip.

Did you have to do any trimming or do you have any rubbing with these tires? Having same tires installed today and wondering if I will have any issues.
