Just wandering if I'm the only old guy using moustache wax . Or still rocking handle bars .
IvI' used up the last of the old brut brand wax that came in a tube. Like chap stick tube.
    I loved it.
Easy to apply . Not messy to use.
Been using club man was here lately. It's in a small tube like toothpaste tube.

Im a welder at Goodyear chemical in Beaumont tx. They make us shave for work . And I hate it. Grew it out when I was off with shoulder surgery.
There talking about changing the rule though. So we can grow a beard.
I can't wait to stop shaving.

I support all examples of toxic masculinity [like handlebar mustaches, goatees, and beards].

    Toxic masculinity saves lives.

Yeah, I hate shaving too ...

Currently in that awkward scruffy faze to get the length I want prior to trimming it up to look nice. I hate shaving.

My dad had a handlebar moustache when I grew up.
    It was huge.
I ask him how he grew it that big.
    His answer wasn't child safe.
Growing a nice big moustache is like growing a hard on.
If you just look at it while it's growing it will turn out nice and big .
But if you jack with it you'll definitely loose it. Lol
    Got to love my pops

Thought about growing my beard out since I'm losing it like crazy on my head. Tried growing whiskers for a couple of months or so 22 years ago. It drives me crazy growing facial hair with it being there. Plus mine is sort of splotchy in areas. I won't shave for a few days and damn if I'm not OCD with whacking it off. Not trying to derail the thread.

Once I get past the itch that last first few weeks . I'm good . I'd never shave again if job changes and let's us grow facial hair.

Wish I could grow facial hair! I’ve tried my entire life, business doesn’t exactly let me go too far. I did go most of this past November without shaving (had the no-shave November excuse), then my mom made fun of me....and I shaved

My wife was pissed. She was like “so you listen to what your mom thinks of you, over me!?!” Wife wanted me to keep growing. It itches like a MoFo though.

I’m just happy to have all the hair on my head, without receding, at almost 40. Guess you can’t have it all. :D

    Butch wax brings me back.
My dad was a barber in the 60's .
    I grew up in the 70's .
So you know I didn't have a haircut I wanted till I could go pay for it myself.
My dad cut mine and my brothers hair every friday afternoon. Fresh flat tops every week.
But that shit was tight and right.
We looked like little soldiers. With wax to make it stand straight up.
I think he cut most of my friends hair all through high school.
He still has his old barber chair. And all the stuff for a shop.
He Still shaves every day with a straight razor.
I've never bought a can of aerosol shave cream. I use old mug shave soap . And a butterfly razor.
I've got a few good Simpson shave brushes I use.
And still straightens up my mom's hair every Friday .
