I haven't seen a list of specific models most targeted that's longer than 10 or 15 vehicles. Has anyone seen one?

The only specific vehicles I've heard of being targeted are the hybrids because they are used less and yield more of the precious metals. Other than that it's whatever sits high enough to get under quickly. Look for a list of the trucks driven by the smallest peckers and that'll probably correlate. :p

Yeah they name a few models or types of vehicles but I'm after a top 50 or 100 ranking.

I hear you, but I don't think it goes that deep. You'll have a handful like what they name that cover the majority and the rest of that 50 or 100 will be a bunch of minimal percentages that are statistically irrelevant. if the top 10-15 models covers 80% of what is stolen then the every other vehicle on the market is splitting the other 20% and it's not really anything that is going to be worth counting.
