When I press the gas pedal a little bit I get some type of the moaning sound in the cab. It almost sounds like an exhaust drone. Once I am up to speed it seems to go away.
I did add a Toyota chrome exhaust tip
But I don't think that has any thing to do with it
    All input greatly appreciated.

Was it doing it prior to the installation of the exhaust tip? Or has it always done it? Is it possible something is vibrating at certain RPM's and causing the noise?

No wife here so that's definitely not the answer lol. I will remove the exhaust tip take it out for a ride and see if that has any change to the sound.

Congrats my friend.....:you have a Toyota Tundra, also known as a panty dropper.

A cool effect our trucks have on women within varying distances (depending on RPM, speed, elevation and color.....MGM is the most effective color just to let you know) start moaning in pleasure.

In any collective area, you will have a minimum of 10 women (in the country the “effective moan zone” as measured by circumference can reach as far as your antennae can reach)

Another cool fact.....however small a single moan may be, numerous small moans can build on each other - increasing in frequency and decibels - will reach levels only Toyota Tundra owners can hear.

When you get married though.....those moans are still there, but we lose the ability to hear them and instead can only hear our wives moan. Happy wife, happy life buddy!

    Ain’t science cool

Just ceck out build thread in sig
I had a similar problem after I bought my Tundra, a high pitched squealing sound every time I turned off the nannies and pushed the tow/haul ass button. My wife drove the truck once and said she couldn't hear the squealing.

I turned off the music and realized it was just me.

Inferno seems to draw attention from the ladies, I have had several pull up next to me or stop at a gas station to tell me how much they love the color of my truck, I always invite them for a ride of course...only one has took me up the offer and damn she rode it alright...

Ya as to the OPs question, ya I have no idea...

What? The reverse doesn't happen to you being a female? Guys dropping their drawers, throwing underwear at your truck, getting off in the front seat?
