Try Toyota if coolsprings, they are listed as a vendor on here. Never purchased from them, but have also been eyeing some mirror caps.

Also, I would double check to see if they offer them painted. When I was looking they did, but I read somewhere that they stopped offering painted options. Not sure how accurate that is.

 

He has sold some and keeps doing more if you look thru the whole post. I went ahead and painted my chrome by myself. I’m not a pro, but it looks decent. You may be able to pick up a set off here of chrome for 100 bucks, paint them then send your old set off to the next guy.
