Meso dome light issue

Anyone have an issue with the Meso dome light not being able to turn red on one side? I like using the red in the back for the kids at night. The working side feels pretty firm when I press the color change button but the non working side feels pretty soft when I push it. Contacted Meso a while ago with minimal response. Contacted them again recently with no response. Wondering if there may be an easy fix for this.

I have not had issues but mine does have a softer feel on one of the buttons.

 

No response.....getting ghosted

 

I had the same exact issue with mine also. After about 5 months one side stopped turning red. I sent Meso an email and got a response after a day or two. I had asked them if this was something that I could fix myself.

They asked me to send them a video of the issue. After that, I didn’t hear anything. I sent two more emails along with video again and no response. After a month, I followed up and sent another email. Finally I got a response and they sent me a replacement. It took a while, but they held up their end of the warranty.

I’m happy with the product. I’d say keep emailing them and/or fill out the support information on their website. Good luck.

 

Well that's good to hear. I'm happy with the lights overall for sure minus this issue. I'll keep reaching out, squeaky wheel theory I guess. Thanks.

 

No problem. @needsmoresalt had the same issue with the light and same experience with Meso also. They’ll make it right. Seems like it just takes a bit of waiting.

 

Well after a few more emails they finally got back to me and sent me out a new dome light right away. Definitely made it right.

I wish there was a way to dim them, I love having the option to change colors but holy hell to they shine right in my face

 

I have seen some people put tinted film over them.

 

We have the domes in stock, but maps are out. We are hoping to have the maps back in stock by late June.
