I have done this in my Disco II when I had it. That was 8 or 9 years ago. Can this be done in a Tundra? I remember 1 or 2 places that w at e kind of difficult in the Disco.

Next question who would be down for doing this with me, weather and time permitting?

When are you planning on going? How many days and where do you plan to stay? Can't imagine this will be a day trip.

When I did it with the Disco club we did it in a day. We were pretty smoked when we go home.
I would like to do it before I leave again, so before July.
    Maybe stay down in Westcliffe?
I will try to dig up my pictures when we took the Disco down there.

Lots of dispersed camping out there too. I'm sure we can find some spots in the summer during the week.

@CBrown, we have some time. I am thinking this will happen between May and June. It'll be warm and it would be a good reason to hang out with a few folks before I leave again in July.

The trail is tight and sand can be tricky but we made it through fine. Didn't even air down. They have a compressor station if you do air down.

I'd be down. I loved meeting a few of you at the beers for Connor event. Plus I'm sure my family would love another trip over the pass. This was from our trip last weekend of June, 2018. In the background, you can see the smoke from the Spring Fire. I don't know if I'd bring this one or my CM this time though.
