    Hey there tundras.com
Ive been going back and forth with getting rid of my 17 f250 for another tundra.. I had 15 limited and 07 and 09 tundras already . I got rid of my trailers and now only have a boat that the tundra can pull easy. I went and looked at the 18's limited and platinum's and they are not much different than the 15 limited I had. Not a bad thing but any news on the 19's other than the trd pro coming back? It looks pretty much the same as the 18's . Im totally over a diesel and ford they simply suck and will never buy another ford ever my f250 has been in the shop 6 times and it has 13k miles on it all for wiring harnesses and electronics. What I dont want to do is buy a 18 tundra and the 19 comes out with a bunch of cool stuff and maybe better mileage.. I have not been able to find much if any info if the 19's are going to be different anyone here have info?
I found a 18 crew max 4x4 limited in cement color with trd exhaust and sway bar and I believe some running boards I think the brushed oval ones. msrp is roughly 50k and I can get it for about 44xxx plus ttl. Thing is I read people getting that months ago but they are telling me the color is hard to get yada yada.
The other thing I wanted to ask is if I was to get the bilsteins up front to level it out will that effect any of the safety features like the radar cruise control? I have that on my ford and I really like it . Have any of you had the dealer install the shocks so its covered in case there is issues? Thanks for any info it is much appreciated.

I have a 5.5" lift on mine and all the TSS stuff works as it did before I installed it. Your issue will be the warranty and your dealer. Of course no two operate exactly the same but most of them will not touch any work which lifts the truck nor will they help you if you do have problems. I tried to get my dealer to install my lift and even though they claimed they love installing lifts on the tundra they said Toyota has told them not to do any type of lift on the 2018. I would suggest asking the dealership your buying it from and I would probably go a step further and negotiate it into the terms of the sale.

I’d get ride of the POS f250....I had a brand new 16 f250 and only had it for 6 months...I couldn’t take it anymore.
The next gen won’t be out until 2021 so you are looking fall-ish 2020...
The 19 and 20s won’t be much different than the 18. Plus if they did change the engine I wouldn’t want one of the first years

Thanks guys.. Most likely going to get a 18 limited in cement. I learned my lesson with the "all new" superduty buying it the first year. It will be nice to buy something new and not worry about it having issues.
Metro ha you feel my pain.. Never again ford anything they have terrible customer service . 72k truck in the shop at 600 miles for 3 weeks, again at 2200 for two weeks and the other four visits they were two day or same day but geese everyday I start that pile I wonder if its going to act up. Unreal
Want to punch myself in the face daily for buying it lol so does my wife
Thanks for all the info and warm welcome fellas

I think the Limited is the best value plus cement is the best color...can’t go wrong
And you will have all the LEDs :bananadance::D

These new diesels are absolute crap I haven’t heard a positive thing about them my brother has a 16 ram 3500 and that thing has been in the shop at least 20 times since 2016. All these new emissions systems are turning diesels into absolutely useless machines

According to the Toyota website you can't get a Limited in Cement.

I am confused then. Guess I'll have to go to my dealer.
