Sportsmans Warehouse has a great deal on them. Just ordered the big propane smoker. Will pick up at store on 3/11. Anybody using one of these? Recommend some seasonings, wood chips, recipes? I'm retired, and looking forward to Turkey, ribs, brisket, and pork butts.

I wasn't overly thrilled with the propane smoker from masterbuilt, it seemed to go through way to much propane trying to maintain temp, probably because it is single wall with zero insulation. I also found the wood chip pan that come with it to be lacking in that it burned through chips way to fast. I corrected this by ditching their chip pan and switching to a small cast iron skillet that I spaced further up away from the burners and would add a couple of wood chunks to with some chips to prolong the smoke before having to refill the wood. I have since quit using it since going to a pellet grill and smoker.

Definitely switch out to a cast iron skillet for your chips. I use chunks even though the instructions say not to
