    Hey fellas,

My wife's 2006 Honda CRV is nearing 170k miles. Its been mostly neglected for the past 10 years, sans tires, brakes, air filter, and oil.

I'd like to keep it running for a bit longer, and put some effort into maintenance this spring. The Honda maintenance schedule, or all maintenance schedules for that matter, seems a bit tedious.

What do you all consider the mandatory items I should complete to keep the vehicle functioning?

    Thanks!
    Jim

I'm not familiar with Honda CR-V but in general I'd say transmission fluid, fuel filter, gear oil, spark plugs, timing belt. Depending on how the coolant looks change it as well
